SOC Saturday 3

Results for the event at Fleming Park today.

Well done to everyone who braved the less-than-ideal weather, and we hope to see you at the next SOC Saturday on the 8th of January!

My first for a couple of years. Thank you to all the organisers who provided a really interesting course for us and in such difficult weather conditions. Looking forward to my next one and hopefully get the compass thing working better.

Mike.

Entries open and Help needed for Kings Garn and Castle Malwood Level D event on Saturday 18th December

Another great opportunity to enjoy orienteering in the New Forest with Orange, Light Green and Blue courses available.

Entries for this event are open at Kings Garn and Castle Malwood - Information and sign up (racesignup.co.uk) where further details can be found.

I am looking for several helpers to assist with Set-up, First Aid, Parking, Start, Finish, Download, Control hanging and Collection. All SOC helpers will get a half-price run. For those who have not helped before, this is a great way to get involved and get to know other members of the club.

If you are able to help, please contact me with on SOC1812 [at] coastside.co.uk for the discount code before entering and let me know if you have any preferred role etc.

Many thanks

Alastair
